Main Floor Walls Going Up!

This is the 1/2 inch gap (between the gray conduit and the edge inside the vault) that caused a second and third inspection from the power company. It would have been good to know that it had to be 1/2 inch further in, then we wouldn't have started laying the 800 feet of conduit from the other end and buried it with 25 tons of sand. Kind of hard to adjust after that point. It was after such a point that they told us we needed to "nudge it in" or "straighten it out." Note to future builders: start at the vault and hammer that baby in.

This is the leftover overkill sand from the loads we had to pour over the schedule 40 three-inch conduit. Now there's a good use for it.
